CR-Max (GESPER^TM System)

The CR-Max GESPER System™ is designed for virtually all sized operations. The manufacturer guarantees at least a 10% savings on electrical energy consumption. GESPER can be incorporated in new construction as well as existing facilities.

Another service UES offers for our clients is our “NO COST LEASE” program. UES is able to structure a lease whereby the lease payments are taken from the cost savings so that there is zero out of pocket for our client should they choose this option. This could be very important for those clients that operate on a budgetary system such as governmental agencies and project-oriented companies. Since we save the client money from day one, our products could be considered as a non-budgetary item.

The “NO COST LEASE” eliminates the need for cash outlays and actually frees up additional working capital for the client by the amount of their savings.

There are many additional benefits our products offer such as surge protection, longer equipment life, increased power factor, etc. as well as providing significant environmental benefits. Installation of our products will not only save our clients electrical energy/cost savings but will greatly reduce carbon emissions and other noxious elements into the atmosphere; UES can provide clients with a detailed environmental report of such savings upon request.

UES is the distributor for two products that will reduce electrical energy consumption. Both products are customized to meet the needs for each individual location.

SR Control System^TM (SRCS)

The SR Control System™ (SRCS) is for our clients with specialized high voltage facilities and according to the manufacturer will reduce the electrical power consumption from 6 to 14% or more on average.

For both products a site survey must be conducted to determine the type and number of units that need to be installed in order to derive maximum efficiency. A study of the annual billing for existing facilities is also necessary to determine periods of peak loads and power efficiencies. With this data, UES will then be able to provide the client with an energy and cost savings proposal.
